Status : free lance or salaried employee.
Responsibilities:
 |
- Promoting and selling our projects located in different areas throughout Thailand
- Prospecting for new clients, both Thai and foreign, optimization of your own contacts.
- Welcoming clients to our showroom in Bangkok
- Promoting our units for sale or rent in Bangkok
|
Qualifications:
- Thai National
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English : written and spoken
- Ability to speak one of these additional languages will be an advantage: German, Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean
- Minimum 3 years experience in the real estate business is required or successful experience in sales services
- Excellent presentation, service minded, hard working, very good communication skills
- Computer skills - a driving license
Remuneration:
based on a very attractive incentive package

Responsibilities:

- Administrative tasks such as calling, welcoming clients, paperwork
- Following up sales activity : updating website, database, agents commissions
- Involved in setting up marketing materials : sales and corporate brochure

Qualifications:
- Female, 24-35 years old / Bachelor's degree
- Good command of written and spoken English, 2 years experience in secretarial at least
- Service minded, results orientated, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work on different fields
- Good presentation required, Computer skills
Remuneration:
- Fixed salary depending on your experience
