* Company Vauban will provide green fees for free to any buyers of condominium units or villas. Green fees are available during the first year after purchasing the property. Owners may not sell those green fees but they can be offered to their guests if they wish.

** If you buy a villa, the Developer will also reimburse your airline tickets from your country of origin to Bangkok, for 2 adults, for a maximum of 100,000 baths and on receipt. The airline tickets have to be in economy class and will be paid by deductions from the first payment.
