Property Management
International Quality Management, upon its completion, will be responsible for ensuring that the grounds and all the communal facilities and services are maintained and kept in excellent condition. In addition the management company will keep the outside and (if requested) the inside of the villas in beautiful condition.

In addition the management company will provide a 24-hour reception, maintenance and security teams to manage and upkeep the grounds and villas and ensure that owners and guests are welcomed and guaranteed an enjoyable stay.

The costs for maintaining the complex are part of the management maintenance fees.

What is the sinking fund?
The sinking fund is the reserve fund for management and maintenance of the common property. It will be charged to cover unexpected expenditures which may arise.
