  • Reservation Fee: 100,000 THB (2,000 EUR - 3,000 USD). 3 week deadline to return all legal documents property signed and make the first down payment. Futher stages of payment will be reached as construction progresses.

  • Legal matters:
  • Condominiums: The Development provides freehold 100% Foreign ownership and leasehold for condominiums.
