You have selected your unit and now you would like to make a reservation.
There are 3 different steps:
1.) You need to put an Option on the unit which you are interested in.
2.) You can easily do this by filling in the form in the Details section of the
unit you are interested in. Or by downloading the
Option Form, then
fill in and fax (+66 2 251-3625) us the Option Form.
3.) The option is then yours free, for 4 days. You will receive a confirmation by E-mail.
4.) You can also make a reservation now. For that, see the Reservation section below.
1.) As soon as you have put an Option, you will have 4 days to send us the Reservation
Form duely completed by fax or by E-mail (scan).
2.)We will provide you with the Reservation Form, and some additional details, either on request or as soon as you put an option on a property.
3.) You will pay a non-refundable Reservation Fee which is completely recoverable
by deductions from payments. Bank details supplied on request.
4.) You will receive a confirmation by E-mail.
5.) After the payment of the Reservation fee, you will also have to send, by
mail, two original copies of the Reservation Form to
Company Vauban Co Ltd and we will send you back one copy after signature.

1.) You now have 30 days in which to review and sign the Legal Documents from
the date of this reservation, and 10 working days after signing Legal Documents
to pay the first instalment of the Purchase Price specified in the Legal Documents.
We will send you the legal documents right after receiving your Reservation
Form and Reservation Fee.
2.)You also have to send by mail two original copy of the Sales & Purchase Agreement to Company Vauban Co Ltd and we will send you back one copy after signature.
3.) You will again receive a confirmation by E-mail.
