  • Payment terms:
  • Reservation Fee: 200,000 THB (4,167 EUR - 5,714 USD). 3 week deadline to return all properly executed legal documents along with full down payment. Following stages of payment will be reached as construction progresses.

  • Additional costs:
  • Transfer & Registration Fee: 1.10% based on the land price. (Both the seller and the buyer equally share this cost)
    One time Sinking Fund Fee: 125 THB per sqm of land approximately.

  • Ongoing costs:
  • Monthly maintenance fee for the common areas: 12 THB per sqm of land. Monthly maintenance fee for the villas: 20 THB per sqm of living area. (These fees are to be paid one year in advance.)

  • Legal matters:
