Hua Hin
The development is located in Nang Kae about 12 kilometers south of Hua Hin city center. It lies on tropical foothills a few minutes drive away from the seashore and the beautiful area of Pranburi. The royal seaside resort of Hua Hin is fast becoming the choice retirement area of Thailand for Thais and expatriates alike. The area is home to many wonderful 5 star hotels and 6 golf courses and the development is located only a few minutes drive from one of those courses.
Hua Hin has been a popular seaside resort since the 19205 and is home 10 the Thai Royal Family. Many of Thailand's rich and famous have bought property there and the resort is a preferred weekend getaway for many Bangkokians. Offering some of the best golfing and beaches in the whole of Thailand, Hua Hin proved to be a well kept secret from foreign tourists until recently. Over the past few years, the city has grown rapidly without losing much of its original charm. Extensive property development, modern shopping centers, multiple accommodations and facilities, improved infrastructure and education make it now a choice destination for foreign tourists and Thai nationals. With its wide choice of luxury hotels, fine dining opportunities and entertainment, Hua Hin appeals to couples, families and those wishing to retire in Thailand.
While all that Bangkok has to offer is just a short drive away, Hua Hin residents enjoy beautiful unspoiled beaches, clean air, a quiet and safe environment. The city has one of the best climates in Thailand due to minimal rainfall during the rainy season, making it a perfect location all year round! The royal city has an interesting past and many historical landmarks, which are an absolute architectural delight. These include the royal palaces, the beautifully restored train station and old-time resorts dating back to earlier times. Some are so picturesque they have been used as movie sets.
The resort tends to be compact and enables an easy access to all parts of the city, the beaches and the nearby hills. An international level of private healthcare is available within close proximity and costs represent a fraction of those "back home". Despite its growth and development, Hua Hin's beaches and surrounding areas remain largely unspoiled retaining the flavor of rural Thailand, the city appeals to those who seek a quiet yet charming ocean-front town ambiance.
