  • Payment terms:
    Reservation Fee: 100,000 THB (2,000 EUR - 3,000 USD). 3 week deadline to return all properly executed legal documents along with full down payment. Further stages of payment will be reached as construction progresses.


  • Additional costs:
    Transfer & Registration Fee: 1.10% based on the land price. (Both the seller and the buyer equally share this cost)
    One time Sinking Fund Fee:
    500 THB per sqm approximately for the pool villas.
    800 THB per sqm approximately for the beachfront suites.

  • Legal matters:
